Roof Girl

Roof Girl was an unsanctioned work installed on 7th Street NW, meant as a long-term piece secured with cinder blocks. The sculpture was also the narrator for a Discovery short. Shortly after I left, a fire truck came and deinstalled the work. I later received an email from the department that I could come pick the piece up, but that they were happy to keep her in the fire truck, her red jacket matching the truck.
